Joiner brings more than 25 years of manufacturing, supply chain planning and strategic client advisory experience to Miebach
FISHERS, IN, UNITED STATES, August 24, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Miebach, a global end-to-end supply chain consulting and engineering firm, today announced that David Joiner has joined the company as Director, Client Strategy & Supply Chain Planning for the U.S. and Canada.
In his new role, Joiner will help manufacturers improve supply chain and operational performance through better planning, optimization, and practical use of advanced technology. Joiner will also be focused on long-term partnerships, meeting client’s business needs, and producing measurable outcomes across complex manufacturing supply chains.
Joiner brings more than 25 years of experience spanning manufacturing operations, production planning and scheduling, enterprise supply chain planning, digital transformation and strategic client leadership. Throughout his career, he has advised Fortune 500 manufacturing organizations across the consumer goods, food and beverage, life sciences and industrial sectors.
“David brings a rare combination of hands-on manufacturing knowledge, deep planning expertise and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior supply chain leaders,” said Bernard Tremblay, CEO of USA and Canada, Miebach. “His experience helping global organizations connect complex planning decisions to measurable operational and financial outcomes will strengthen our ability to guide clients through meaningful, end-to-end supply chain transformation.”
Before joining Miebach, Joiner served as senior manufacturing account executive at RELEX Solutions, where he advised manufacturers on modern planning approaches using AI-driven forecasting, supply planning and operational optimization.
He previously spent nearly seven years at OMP, where he founded and scaled the company’s strategic account management function and built a globally distributed team supporting enterprise manufacturers across North America, Europe, China and Brazil. He led strategic relationships with companies including Kraft Heinz, Land O’Lakes and Valvoline and supported planning transformation initiatives involving organizations such as Tyson Foods and Pfizer.
Earlier in his career, Joiner served as director of manufacturing business consulting at Logility, where he led advanced production planning and scheduling programs for global manufacturers. He was also co-owner or Taylor Manufacturing Systems, a manufacturing software and consulting company focused on detailed production scheduling and operational optimization, through its acquisition by Logility.
“Miebach’s ability to combine strategy, engineering and digital expertise is especially valuable as manufacturers work to connect planning decisions with operational execution,” Joiner said. “I am excited to join a team that approaches transformation from both a strategic and practical perspective and is deeply focused on delivering measurable results for clients.”
Joiner began his career in industrial engineering and manufacturing analysis, including roles with UPS and Russell Athletic. He earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
