edYOU brought its AI tutoring platform to families at a Southern California cultural celebration, ahead of edYOUforyou’s nationwide launch next month.
ARTESIA, CA, UNITED STATES, August 24, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — edYOU, the AI learning platform already trusted in graduate medical education, introduced edYOUforyou to a broader audience for the first time as an exhibitor and sponsor at the Indian Independence Day Mela held August 15 in Artesia, home to one of Southern California’s largest Indian-American communities and known locally as Little India. The event drew thousands of attendees, giving edYOU one of its first opportunities to put its AI tutoring experience directly in front of everyday learners: students, parents, and working professionals alike.
Representing edYOU at the event was Marketing Coordinator Manasi Chandu, alongside VP of Academic Affairs Greg Heffernan, who introduced attendees to the platform and answered questions about how it works outside the medical education setting where it was first built.
Until now, edYOU’s AI-driven platform has built its track record inside graduate medical education, supporting residents and program directors with personalized, curriculum-grounded learning powered by its Conversational AI Beings (CABs). At the mela, attendees got a hands-on look at what that same technology looks like for a much broader audience, ahead of edYOUforyou’s consumer launch next month. Rather than a chatbot that hands over answers, edYOU’s CABs are built to guide learners through the “why,” adapting to individual pace and knowledge gaps, and available anytime, on any device, with no office hours or waiting.
For students, that means the ability to learn on their own schedule, at their own pace, wherever they are. For parents, edYOUforyou adds a layer built specifically for them: weekly analytics showing how their child is progressing and how much time they are spending studying, giving families visibility into learning that typically happens out of view.
“”We built this technology to meet the standards of high-stakes medical training, where there is no room for error,” said Dr. Michael Everest, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of edYOU. “Bringing that same rigor to everyday learners means students get more than answers. They get a system that actually teaches them how to think through a problem, and parents finally get a clear, weekly picture of how their child is progressing. We perfected teaching doctors, now we can teach you.”
The mela marks one of edYOU’s first consumer-facing public appearances ahead of edYOUforyou’s broader launch next month, when the product becomes available to individual learners and their families beyond the institutions and programs edYOU has served to date. edYOU plans to continue introducing edYOUforyou to communities through similar in-person events over the coming weeks, pairing its established credibility in medical education with a direct, hands-on introduction for consumer audiences.
About edYOU: edYOU is an AI-driven learning platform built on Conversational AI Beings (CABs) that guide learners through personalized, curriculum-grounded instruction. Proven first in graduate medical education, edYOU is expanding through edYOUforyou to bring that same technology directly to individual learners and their families.
