We’re deeply proud to elect John Randall and Amy Legan to their board positions.”

— Lorri Unumb, CEO, CASP

BOSTON, MA, UNITED STATES, August 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) has elected John Randall as chair of its board of directors and Amy Legan as a new board member. Randall is president and CEO of Amego and has worked in the fields of human services and education since 1988. Legan is owner and COO of Aspire Behavior Solutions, which she founded in 2018.

Randall has served as president and CEO of Amego since 2008, leading the organization through a period of remarkable growth and transformation—including the expansion of its services to include applied behavior analysis (ABA) for the treatment of autism. A respected leader in the field for decades, Randall brings deep expertise and a proven track record to his new role at CASP. His extensive leadership experience includes advisory and board positions with numerous professional organizations, including past service as President of the Massachusetts Association for Applied Behavior Analysis and current board membership with the Massachusetts Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers.

As owner and operator of Aspire Behavior Solutions in Alaska, Legan has established herself as a respected leader in the ABA community and an active advocate for independent providers and the families they serve. She co-leads CASP’s small business and TRICARE special interest groups, where she works collaboratively with providers across the country to address operational challenges, improve access to care, and strengthen the voice of small ABA organizations. Legan has also partnered with her Congressional representatives and other stakeholders to advocate for solutions to insurance barriers affecting Alaska providers and military families, particularly during the recent TRICARE transition. Through her leadership, she has become a trusted voice on issues impacting small businesses, provider sustainability, and equitable access to high-quality ABA services.

“We’re deeply proud to elect John Randall and Amy Legan to their board positions,” said Lorri Unumb, CEO of CASP. “John’s service on our board has been exemplary. I’m excited to partner with him in his new leadership role.”

She continued, “Adding Amy’s energy and expertise only strengthens the board further. She’s one of CASP’s most active members and an incredible advocate for people with autism.”

“It’s a privilege to work with my colleagues to bring providers closer together on the issues that matter most,” said Randall. “I’m confident that, together, we can make meaningful progress.”

“I’m honored to join the CASP Board of Directors and represent the many small ABA organizations that are making a meaningful impact in their communities every day,” Legan said. “I look forward to ensuring the voices of small providers are heard as we work together to strengthen the future of high-quality, ethical ABA services.”
