How it works
The Proclaim Perio Pathway starts with a 30-second saliva test, done either at a routine visit or at home, that identifies and quantifies the exact bacteria causing gum disease. At home, a 7-second daily routine keeps that inflammation in check. Periodic retesting, which can also be done at home, shows what’s working, and the plan adjusts from there.

This fills a real gap. Gum inflammation is a proven driver of health risk elsewhere in the body, but almost nothing has helped patients manage it between dental visits, which is exactly when daily habits matter most.

In a peer-reviewed clinical trial of 192 patients, Proclaim users saw 82% less gum bleeding and 41% less inflammation after 30 days.
