OREM, UT, UNITED STATES, August 20, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Techcyte, a leader in AI-powered digital pathology, today announced the reorganization of its Board of Directors to support the company’s continued growth and mission to develop the leading digital pathology platform.
Ralph Yarro, a Techcyte founder, will continue his service on the board as chairman. Continuing directors also include Karine Sellam, Vice President and Global Head of Business Development at Zoetis; Ben Cahoon, CEO of Techcyte; and Dr. Mohamed Salama, CMO at Sonic Healthcare USA and whose early work in blood cell classification helped inspire the company’s founding.
Joining the board as new directors are Mark McNabb, Head of the Private Capital Group at the Van Tuyl Family Office, and Jim Rogers, CEO of Mayo Clinic Digital Pathology.
Jim Rogers leads Mayo Clinic Digital Pathology, which focuses on scaling digital pathology through advancements in scanning, storage, artificial intelligence, and algorithm development. He brings extensive experience in healthcare innovation, commercialization, business development, and institutional strategy.

Mark McNabb leads the Private Capital Group at the Van Tuyl Family Office and brings more than three decades of experience guiding complex organizations through growth and transformation. His career includes senior leadership roles at Nissan, Mercedes-Benz USA, General Motors, Maserati, and Volkswagen Group of America, as well as serving as the founding CEO of Electrify America.
