Since its founding in 2019, Clutch has worked with public and private sector clients to drive modernization and strengthen service delivery. Through this collaboration, Clutch will pair its deep expertise in workforce program deployment, organizational change management, and AI readiness with LinkedIn’s AI-driven skills matching, job seeking, recruitment, and learning platform. This joint effort will help California government and education teams close skills gaps, connect job seekers with rewarding employment opportunities, and build a more resilient workforce for the nearly 40 million Californians they serve.
