Our focus is on providing customers with the flexibility to select the robot technologies that best fit their operational needs”

— Minkyo Kim, CEO of Bigwave Robotics

TROY, MI, UNITED STATES, August 31, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Industrial Physical AI company Bigwave Robotics (“Bigwave”) announced today that it has expanded its global partner ecosystem through strategic partnerships with five leading automation and robotics companies, strengthening its ability to deliver integrated robot and automation solutions to customers.

Bigwave has expanded its strategic alliances with global automation leaders FANUC, Rockwell Automation, and Universal Robots (UR) to advance its multi-robot integration capabilities. By actively incorporating and thoroughly mastering proven hardware and control technologies from these industry leaders, Bigwave seamlessly delivers optimized automation solutions to the market through its proprietary software platform. These partnerships reinforce Bigwave’s brand-agnostic integration strategy and demonstrates its complete readiness to deliver the exact solutions the market demands. Securing official integrator status with these industry leaders serves as strong validation in the U.S. market of Bigwave’s greatest core advantage: its advanced multi-robot orchestration capabilities.

“Our focus is on providing customers with the flexibility to select the robot technologies that best fit their operational needs,” said Minkyo Kim, CEO of Bigwave Robotics. “Through SOLlink’s multi-robot orchestration capabilities, we will continue expanding our supported robot portfolio with brands that are in strong demand, enabling customers to access a broader range of proven robotics technologies through an integrated platform.”

In parallel, Bigwave is advancing the industrial humanoid and Physical AI sector through strategic collaborations with Rainbow Robotics and Omron. Bigwave signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Rainbow Robotics to develop integrated hardware-software solutions combining Rainbow’s full-stack robot portfolio—such as the RB-Y1 mobile dual-arm robot—with Bigwave’s SOLlink and Data Studio platforms for joint market development. Concurrently, Bigwave signed an MOU with Omron to establish new industrial humanoid safety standards based on ISO 12100 and ISO 13849-1, integrating Omron’s safety PLCs, laser scanners, and emergency stop switches to develop secure, field-validated humanoid operational models.

“Working with established robotics and automation companies such as Rainbow Robotics and Omron is an important step in developing practical Physical AI solutions,” added Kim. “By combining SOLlink’s integrated control capabilities and Data Studio’s operational data capabilities with proven robotic and safety technologies, we aim to deliver reliable and scalable automation solutions that address the needs of our customers.”
