Boost Run, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRUN) (“Boost Run” or the “Company”) today provided an update on the continued conversion of its contracted backlog into recurring revenue, including delivery of the first project phase to a leading AI research and product company. Backed by more than $600 million in non-dilutive project financing closed year to date, Boost Run has established a fully funded runway to accelerate customer deployments through the fourth quarter of 2026 and significantly scale operations into 2027. Simultaneously, Boost Run continues to expand its active colocation footprint with key partners to meet surging enterprise demand.
“Boost Run deployments are backed by multi-year customer contracts, which allows us to structure our project delivery against non-dilutive, shorter-term funding,” said Andrew Karos, Founder and CEO of Boost Run. “Each project’s financing is structured to be repaid well before its contract ends, and the duration of our contracts is increasing. Customer payments exceed our debt payments every month, and once debt is repaid, the remaining contract term generates significantly higher margins.”
Customers: Leading AI Innovators Choosing Boost Run as Projects Continue to Deploy
In September, Boost Run added a new customer and signed a five-year, $525.6 million AI cloud services agreement with a leading provider of enterprise AI models and solutions. Under the agreement, Boost Run will deliver compute capacity powered by NVIDIA GPUs, along with network storage and CPU node services.
Boost Run has also delivered the first project phase of a multi-phase project to a leading AI research and product company under agreements signed in May 2026. The multi-year agreements provide for the deployment of NVIDIA B300 GPUs across the Company’s data center facilities, along with related network storage and CPU node services. Several additional projects are in deployment and are nearing hand-off in the coming weeks, further expanding Boost Run’s revenue base.
The range of NVIDIA architectures on Boost Run’s platform enables the Company to serve a diverse customer base, which selects Boost Run for its NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Partner status and its NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud designation. Together, these recognitions give customers confidence that their workloads will run on validated, high-performance infrastructure deployed and operated to NVIDIA’s standards.
Hardware: Integrated Demand Planning with Key OEM Partners
Boost Run continues to expand its hardware acquisition by working with primary original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) who can serve full project activities. The Company has adopted an integrated demand planning model that aligns customer requirements with supplier production and delivery schedules. This approach gives the Company timely access to new NVIDIA architectures, including GB300 and Vera Rubin, as well as the additional hardware and software needed to meet growing customer demand. By planning demand jointly with its suppliers, Boost Run is positioned to deploy capacity for customers on a predictable timeline and cost base.
Colocation: Expanding at Multiple New Sites with Existing Partners
Boost Run is expanding its active colocation footprint across multiple new sites with its existing data center partners. This expansion allows the Company to deploy customer capacity quickly and on an advantaged basis, while further diversifying its geographic presence. Boost Run has extended its Minnesota presence and expects total deployed colocation capacity to reach approximately 40 MW by the end of 2026.
Financing: Project-Based, Non-Dilutive Capital Preserving Shareholder Value
Boost Run has closed more than $600 million of financing across multiple projects year to date, with additional financing proceeding as planned. The funding has been project-based and non-dilutive, meaning it is raised against specific multi-year customer-backed agreements, and supported by customer prepayments and operating cash flow. By financing growth at the project level, Boost Run is positioned to expand its fleet and capacity while building long-term shareholder value. The Company expects to finalize additional funding capacity as it brings new deployments online.
“We are building Boost Run for the long term,” added Mr. Karos. “Customer demand for compute remains strong, and we believe our focus on customers, hardware, colocation and financing positions us to capture it.”
